Equality and anti-racism

Bloomologie is committed to equality of opportunity and we are champions of diversity in all forms, both within our organisation and our interaction with others.

We are a diverse, predominantly-female company with a global team of many nationalities, races, ages and religious beliefs and it is our aim to eliminate discrimination, and to call it out when we see it.

It is our mission to be anti-racist. We will not tolerate any form of racism towards our staff, nor from our staff; we will not work with clients that do not share this ethos. Similarly, we do not tolerate xenophobia.

We strive for diversity and equality of gender and sexual orientation – misogyny, sexism and LGTBQ+ abuse are in no way acceptable and we are proud to include everybody and every body in our workplace.

It is our policy never to discriminate any form of disability or health condition. We will always seek to incorporate any employee with a disability into our business and adapt our practices to meet their needs (real life examples include ensuring staff members are able to work in a seated position, and adapting the work someone may do away from fine motor skills to larger scale pieces in order to suit their needs).

We are always assessing our approach to staffing and working with suppliers, and making efforts to ensure that our workforce is balanced and diverse, reflecting and celebrating the plurality of the world we live in. We have taken a top-down approach offering unconscious bias training to our team.
